The material was bought at a sawing mill outside of VingÄker, Sweden.

Technique

The seat was cut and then carved with a smaller adz. The legs have been cut, split sawed and whittled with draw knife. Everything is decorated with knife and v shaped carving knife. Treated with flax seed oil.

Function

To rest one's feet in front of the fire place.

Creation Purpose

As a gift to his loved one.

Have made a few, but will make on demand.
