<item_type_metadata:tool>The baking trays in particular are manufactured on a board, in various sizes, depending on the dimensions of the piece. The artefact is made from moulds. The finish is done in such a way as to ensure that the tray can be used in the oven with food. Once moulded, the baking tray is left to dry. The firing process hardens the clay, transforming it into a durable ceramic piece ready for use. </item_type_metadata:tool>
