<item_type_metadata:technique>The wooden small bread model is made by hand carving a pattern into a piece of wood using a chisel and a wooden hammering plunger. The wooden planks are cut into pieces by a joiner, who also uses a machine to carve out the basic shape. The usable products have no covering, they are natural and are only polished to a shine with a cotton cloth or a natural brush. Decorative products, however, may be coated with beeswax.</item_type_metadata:technique>
