Description

Carved wooden object used to stamp the name of the cheesemaker. One side displays the surname "González," while the opposite side features the letters "R." and "M.," along with a heart and geometric motifs as decoration. This piece was specifically made to mark Casín cheese, a traditional product from the Caso region from Asturias.
