<item_type_metadata:technique>The pendent lamp is hand woven in loose tabby and gets it’s three dimensional shape from the technique “pulled warp”. Only one seem of the warp connects the shape at the back of the lamp (see image). The fixture which is lathed to the shape of a cone makes the lamp shade hold it’s form.</item_type_metadata:technique>
<item_type_metadata:material source>Linen yarn: Garnhuset i Kinna: garnhusetkinna.se, and Holma Hälsingland Garner.; holma.se, and Klässbols Linneväveri klassbols,se, and Kasthall SWE kasthall.com. Left over yarn from previous projects and local weaving association. Lamp fixture is made of birch from own forest. Electrial components from local store in (Elon) Arvika</item_type_metadata:material source>
<item_type_metadata:conecept>The keeping of local crafts traditions, traditional patterns and techniques. The goal is to continue and transfer the traditional expression and give these artefacts a place in the contemporary interior and design context. Applied arts and interior artefacts are made with care and thought about material, sustainability and care towards the environment. Practical sustainability lies in the use of something that can be used in generations.</item_type_metadata:conecept>
<item_type_metadata:production quality>5 lamps woven in total in this model and colourin as of 2024. Each lamp is unique since the technique pulled warp makes each lamp different.</item_type_metadata:production quality>
