At Ransäter's Hembygdsgård, several large events are held every summer with tens of thousands of visitors from all over Sweden and internationally. One of Sweden's most beautiful Hembygdsgård with a dozen or so museums and several restaurants as well as Wärdshus (Inn) which is open during their events. There is also camping possiblities and cottages for rent here.
During high season (May-September) their gates are open. The museums are open Monday-Friday 9-15 and during certain events.
