The VERA Platform is for artisans to share their work, cultural practice, methods and traditions.
VERA offers greater visibility, opportunities for collaboration, and access to wider audiences. It also supports learning, cultural exchange, and sustainable local development.
By sharing your work and stories, you help keep rural craft heritage alive while showing how it continues to evolve.
academic research
Use the platform as a ‘Cultural Tourist’ – to explore and identify studios, cultural events, and products you may want to experience in person.
Discover artisans, explore their cultural landscapes, visit studios virtually, and support their work by purchasing authentic handmade goods directly from the makers.

The VERA Platform helps to realize the following aims of the CULTURALITY project:
cultural revitalization
Combining craft material culture (techniques, materials, patterns and decorative elements) and intangible culture (oral knowledge, music and culinary traditions).
economic activation
Collaboration of local artisans and artists with other professionals to create employment in the rural communities and promote cultural and creative tourism activities.
Sustainable Development
Thinking about the effect that communities can have on the world and moving towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through cultural activity.
